Enzo Anselmo Giuseppe Maria Ferrari was born on February 18, 1898, in Modena, Italy. From a young age, he showed a passion for automobiles and began racing in the early 1920s. He achieved success as a driver before transitioning to team management in 1929.

Scuderia Ferrari and the Birth of the Enzo

In 1929, Ferrari founded Scuderia Ferrari, a racing team that would become synonymous with Italian motorsport. Under his leadership, the team enjoyed numerous victories and became a force to be reckoned with on the international racing circuit. In 2002, Scuderia Ferrari launched the Enzo, a limited-edition supercar named after its founder. Only 399 units were produced, making it an exclusive and highly sought-after collector's item.

The first factory was built in 1942, and the company went on to produce some of the most iconic and desirable automobiles of all time, including the 250 GTO, the F40, and the LaFerrari.
